Brian: Yes that was the balance in Poker but you had accumulated £8 in charges due to the accounts inactivity.
you: return it to me then it's my money
Brian: i am sorry but we cannot refund inactivity charges, you have been advised on numerous e-mail that you needed to withdraw your funds in order to avoid these charges.
Brian: This is advised on the account terms.
you: Not when i opened my account it wasn't
